SUBSIDISED RENTAL APARTMENTS
LOFTHOUSE NORTH AND
MOBILITY HOUSE
A number of publicly subsidised rental apartments are currently under construction within both the Lofthouse North and the Mobility House. These apartments, with a living space of between 29 m² and 79 m², offer something for everyone, whether you opt for a one, two, three or four-room apartment.
INCOME TABLE
IS A PUBLICLY SUBSIDISED APARTMENT AN OPTION FOR ME?
To move into a subsidised apartment, you’ll need a housing entitlement certificate – or a “B certificate” (“B-Schein”) as it’s known. With this, you can demonstrate that you’re entitled to a publicly subsidised apartment due to your income level. The applicable income limits set down in Section 9(2) of the Housing Support Act (WoFG) may be exceeded by up to 60 percent (see income table).
For example, a family of three with an annual gross income of 52,657 euros will be entitled to live in one of the beautiful, modern apartments.
But don’t forget: a housing entitlement certificate is only ever valid for one year. Please therefore clarify in advance whether you are entitled to a B-certificate.

FITTINGS / SPECIAL FEATURES
A SPECIAL LIVING EXPERIENCE!
Just like the buildings of the Europahafenkopf development, the apartments have real character! They have all been fitted out using solid materials such as stone and wood. With floor-to-ceiling windows and a ceiling height of over three metres, the apartments have a loft-like feel and are equipped with contemporary technology, beautiful fitted kitchens and modern bathrooms. Underfloor heating beneath the characterful flooring allows for a pleasantly cosy atmosphere. All apartments are suitable for wheelchair users.
